My name is Dr. Tushar Panda.
I have 4+ years of Experience and expertise in management of depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, addiction, sexual problems, sleep disturbance, personality disorders and other mental health related problems.
I completed MBBS from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar. Subsequently, I pursued MD in Psychiatry, from AIIMS Jodhpur and worked as a Senior Resident at NIMHANS, Bengaluru. I have also received training in Psychotherapy from the Beck Institute, USA.
I also have expertise in management of mental health disorders with the help of medications as well as evidence-based psychotherapy/counselling.
I received multiple awards, including ‘Scholarship for Early Career Professionals from the Beck Institute of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, USA’. I have published many research papers in national and international journals of good repute. I have worked extensively in the field of mood disorders (like depression and bipolar disorder), sexual disorders, psychosis/schizophrenia, anxiety disorders (including OCD) and tele-psychiatry.
